This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and enquiry channels, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By submitting an enquiry, filling our contact form, or otherwise sharing your details with us, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

When you make an enquiry or booking with us, we may collect:

Our website may also collect standard technical data such as browser type, device information and pages visited, for the purpose of maintaining and improving the site.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Sharing of Information

Arranging travel necessarily involves sharing relevant details with third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, ground handlers and other travel suppliers, to complete your booking
  • Visa facilitation centres and consular authorities, where you have requested visa assistance
  • Payment gateways or banking partners, to process payments

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, or completion of data that is out of date
  • Request erasure of your personal data, where we are no longer required to retain it
  • Withdraw consent to processing at any time, noting that this may prevent us from completing an ongoing booking
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and thereafter with the Data Protection Board of India

We may need to retain certain records after a request, where required by law, tax regulations, or to complete or evidence a booking already made. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for use by adults arranging travel, including on behalf of family members. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

10. International Transfers

Arranging travel outside India necessarily involves sharing your details with hotels, airlines, ground operators, insurers and visa authorities located in your destination country. By asking us to make a booking, you consent to your information being transferred to those parties for that purpose. We share only what is required to complete the booking.

11. Marketing Communications

If you have enquired with us or travelled with us, we may occasionally send you offers, itineraries or travel updates by email, phone or WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or writing to us, and we will remove you from marketing lists. Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages relating to a booking you have already made.
